Plain and simple, your information is private and belongs to you, you have my guarentee of the following; Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order and customer service needs. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial and personal information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address etc. is used soley to bill the customer for their order and annonomous statistical information (because we use paypal we do not receive, or keep financial information anyway). Durango Daves will not use your personal information for ANY other purpose without your prior approval. Regarding comments or suggestions from customers or visitors to the site, if we are given permission to use your comment to display on our page we will do so with your privacy in mind and will not post any identifiable information regarding your address, email, full name(but will use your first name and possibly city and state), this protects your privacy but also allowing others to see that we post lagitimate comments.

Spam Policy
Very simply, we have a no spam policy, zip, zippo, nada, zero tolerance. I hate spam and will NOT send you spam email EVER..
